I am Jane Arthur, Clinical Social Worker and owner of Wellness Workx LLC.

 

As a therapist my focus is to help you deepen your friendship with yourself and for couples, with each other. Professionally I am frequently training to provide the skills to support ongoing growth.

 

One can expect discussion, self-exploration and homework. My approach is integrative using protocols from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, The Enneagram, Energy Psychology, Developmental Model and more.

 

My specialties include Trauma, Couples Therapy, Childhood Emotional Neglect and Adult ADHD.
